Why I'm writing here

I've spent the last few years building electric vehicles in Bangladesh — designing them, financing them, and getting them onto real roads. Most of that work happens quietly: in workshops, in spreadsheets, and in long conversations with suppliers.

I'm starting to write here for one reason. The most useful things I've learned are the ones nobody writes down — what it actually costs to localize a vehicle, why a number on a pitch deck and a number in a bank account are rarely the same, and how you keep a small team moving when the path isn't clear.

This isn't a company blog. It's me, thinking out loud about engineering, entrepreneurship, and what it takes to build hard things from a place the world doesn't expect them to come from.

If that's useful to you, subscribe below. I'll write when I have something worth your time.
