$10k Crowdfunding Update Thank you all for your encouraging messages, comments, and feedback on our crowdfunding initiative. I’m truly humbled by the outpouring of support for Bangladesh’s first locally designed car. Your enthusiasm for Palki Motors’ growth means so much, and I extend my heartfelt gratitude. Every time I’ve reached out for support, I’ve felt blessed, and this time is no exception. Since sharing our crowdfunding plan, 17 new supporters have reached out—many of whom I hadn’t connected with before. This response is a powerful reminder of how deeply our mission resonates. Crowdfunding Structure To streamline this process and secure investor contributions, we’re establishing a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Singapore. This setup will simplify our cap table by grouping angel investors under one entity that directly invests in Palki Motors Pte Ltd, keeping each investment safe and organized. Every $10k investment will go into the SPV’s bank account and then be transferred to Palki. Through this SPV, all angel investors can collectively hold shares, enhancing ownership while making a meaningful impact. Angel Investor Rewards With our production processes established and profitable, I’m optimistic about returns. Under current projections, we foresee a 4X return by Series A in December 2027. Investors will also have options to exit earlier, at Seed in 2025 or pre-Series A in 2026, based on individual preferences. Risks Involved As with any venture, there are risks. Future funding rounds or operational setbacks could pose challenges, and sales targets must be met for sustainable growth. However, we’re building a solid foundation to manage these risks effectively. Risk Mitigation Our goal is to maintain profitability across all stages to ensure resilience, no matter the external circumstances. I’m also actively pursuing grants and climate-focused loans for added stability, and we have a team of mentors guiding us toward smart, strategic decisions as we align with market needs. Funding Allocation Our target at this pre-seed stage is $450k, enabling us to scale to 20 units per month and cut delivery time from 90 days to 30 days. Part of the funds will go toward a stamping machine to speed up production and refine the car’s usability for commercial drivers. Final Thoughts Palki Motors has weathered challenges before, and now we’re eager to onboard strategic investors who share our vision.
