So far, my experience is that everything we need is available locally but scattered. My job is to connect all those dots and bring them under one roof.
Connected with painting companies who can provide materials on electrophoresis, I got suppliers who can supply spot-welding equipment, already got a quotation from a local stamping machine manufacturer and we have lots of CNC machines scattered in Dhaka who can make dies!
Bangladesh is already awesome at assembling cars, some people can wield pretty well, and body workers are also skilled.
There are steel companies that can provide cold-rolled steel.
Plastic company is enriched already in Bangladesh. Pay a good price, they will give good materials.
Finally, we have awesome genius automobile/mechanical engineers in Bangladesh. We did not know it because there was no automobile company in Bangladesh to patronize them. Just connect those genius minds with the skilled labor in Dhulaikhal, you even make a spaceship in Bangladesh!
We only want to build the body in Bangladesh, and then gradually will help local auto parts makers by giving them work! Backward linkage will be established.
I believe in sustainability and solving problem with limited resources!
